How long does it take for me to receive my items?

Your items are usually shipped within 2 working days of placing your order, most orders are shipped the same day. Most orders are received the next day, and addresses in rural areas usually receive their order the day after that.

Shipping costs are calculated at check out according to destination.

Which courier do we use?

We use NZ Couriers and Poste Haste depending on the destination

Almost all deliveries are received within a week and most orders are received within 4 or 5 days.

Your privacy is important to us and we will not do anything to violate your trust. We treat customer information as strictly confidential and so it is never revealed to third parties.

Terms & Conditions | Refunds, Returns & Replacements

If you change your mind about your purchase, we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange, or refund as long as:

• You request and obtain a return number of within 7 days of purchase.

• You provide proof of purchase

• The item is unused and in it’s original packaging and is returned to us within 7 days of us issuing a return number

• Shipping and credit card charges will not be refunded.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold us . In the event that goods sold are deficient or are faulty, we have the right to repair, replace or refund.

Fair Trading Act 1986

The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products  and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.
